My baby was also having very dry skin. A pediatric friend of mine suggested me Aveeno's Baby Daily Moisturising Lotion. This suited my baby's skin really well. Her skin has become so soft to touch and stays moisturised all day long

Evion vitamin E cream you can apply you can also use NMFE vitamin E cream that is also going to be good apart from that on the skin of the child if you want to maintain good nourishment you can definitely try using Almond oil that would be great for the skin
