Q.

My baby’s skin around eyebrows and upper lips looks like it has abrasion . On touching it feels rough. Can it be dermatitis or is it simple dryness ? She rubs around her eyes a lot

A. how is it now? did it get cured?

A. helo this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as the baby is small
