my baby s hvg running nose nd wet cough...she s on advent syrup after doctor prescription..now she s not taking feeding properly..nd not passing urine ...pls help me with this?

Baby should pass out urine 6-8 times in a day. If the pee count is less then 6 then that means ur baby is dehydrated. Feed more frequently to keep ur baby hydrated.
Continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor. Also apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
