my daughter is getting dry cough and running nose she s coughing continuesly pls, suggest me syrup

A. Brozeet kids you can give for dry cup and app for the age of the child you can see the dosage as per the age and as as well as according to the current weight you can give this medicine to the child twice in a day for about 3 to 5 days not more than that
