hi doctor my baby is suffering from running nose she s just 10 months old what shall I do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
asAs a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Give sinarist When I went to your child to times in a day it’s going to be helpful in controlling the running nose you can give this medicine minimum for three days and maximum five days and still if you feel that the child is not getting relieved then you should consult your doctor
