my baby's elbowsare very dark, what to do, which safe soap should be applied for bathing

A. it is natural for babies to have little bit more pigmentation on the elbows knees because the skin will be e-dak are there compared to face and other body parts it is natural and soaps are not useful to remove the pigmentation
