my baby receive what we said and do the action after few minutes sometimes she do what we said suddenly sometimes she do lately is that normal for a 13 month old

A. See your child is only 13 months a child takes time to re-collect to do realise and to react to a particular situation right now the brain is not that quick to get what you are saying you know that still learning and growing up so this is normal the part that good over here is that your child is responding and doing what you are saying
