AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes it is ok. Constipation is common in breast feed babies. Babies can go without poop for a week altogether and even more. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry
