my babe 10 months my babe pote hard his cring poti time please suggest me

A. Hello good morning !! Include fruit and vegetable purie,mash ,cerelac,porridges ,curd rice ,ragi malts /porridge. Fruits,vegetables,curd,ragi rich in fibre helps in avoiding constipation. Do tummy massage with oil around the belly,it help in relieving gas,tight tummy issues.
