NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello since the weather is hot the child can sweat alot and this can also be the cause and it is just make sure that bay is taking water any other fluids well in the diet which can help to keep your baby well hydrated and apart nothing to worry if child is is active
