use only coconut oil for massage.
. take care about diet of your child.
its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment if required

You Should use it regularly on to the rashes because that this is one of the best solution that you can apply when a child is suffering with rashes it is good for all kind of rash is mostly but still if you require you can take a consultation with the dermatologist ones
