Q.

my baby of 11 months has fever (99.4 degree in thermometer). what dosage of paracetamol calpol 120 mg should i give?

A. you have to give paracetamol according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having. there are different strength of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be having power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in each 1ml. in syrup formulation paracetamol has got different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml. so the doctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weight of the child have to know the weight of the child
