Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mostly the reason is teething please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. provide silicone teether. I suggest Babyhug brand teether. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
