My baby neck & face have white patches. She was 2 month old.. What should I do for remove for that white patches

First you’ll have to understand what is the reason behind the white patches as there could be number of reasons associated with that so once you know exactly what is the right reason behind it for you to deal with it so it’s better to consult your doctor physically
