my baby leg was burnt with hot boil water ....3months completed skin was healing but again small pimples started ....y it happening plz guide us

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 months agoA. hi. . it might be infection in healing skin. . apply soframycin cream or t bact ointment couple oftimes a day, it will help your baby
also keep affected skin clean and dry.
