Q.

My baby latches for more than 1 hour and during my milk pumping i only get total of 30 ml What should I do It feels like my milk production is not enough

A. Hello my dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Consult your doctor for further assistance in this regard. Good luck. Take care.
