#asktheexpert my baby is 50 days old I have low breast milk supply so I give him a formula milk what can I do for increasing my milk supply and also he didn't take my milk directly , I do pumping with luv lap manual pumping but 30 ml supply only I have pls tell some remedies

A. low milk u may lactation supplements as lactare.. regular pumping increase milk use Babyhug electric breast pump.. take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds garlic drumstick ragi oats
