my baby is turning on 10 month old... His 2 teeth coming.. he has fever vomting cold cough also.. I gave him pcm drop and Mucolite.. plz advice me

A. Hi during teething phase kids suffer from raised body temperature and loose motions. try to maintain proper cleanliness of the objects used by your child or surrounding areas around your child to prevent such problems.
