RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes you can take it hair fall after delivery is very normal and common so I would advise you to go ahead with iron supplement and fish oil capsule like omega-3 you should be having which is what is going to be helpful in controlling hair falling L
