Okay so I’d like to tell you birth there are temporary hair for a child and they fall out a little bit as the age will progress and once you get the head of your child shaved off the hair growth is going to get better but prior to that in this age you should regularly oil the scalp and shampoo properly so that you can maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene in the scalp
