My baby is super active. What more should I add in her diet to meet the daily body requirements?

A. Dear mum, at the age of 20 months, you can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. You should give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to baby’s food.
