Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. just steam for now for kid. Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Give indirect steam inhalation
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time
