my baby is suffering from fever, cold and cough from last night...what should I do?

A. may be any viral .Sneezing and cough may be due ti any seasonal variation or may be any viral infection . Steam can be given 3 times and if fever then paracetamol can be given up to 3 times . For cough asthkind LS can be given .
