RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. Maxtra and Sinarist should be given to the child as of now you can give it twice or thrice in a day the congestion is severe then thrice in a day otherwise twice is just fine and you can give it for minimum three days to maximum five days
