my baby is suffering from cold and and runny nose, sneezing and throat pain, please suggest

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the wei ght for 3-5 d ays as per the symptoms .

A. Hello dear parent, for cold and cough you can Gie steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. As 'msteam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and also clears congestion of the baby. Also you can apply Vicks baby rub on baby's chest and slight over the nose. This will also help. Consult with your paediatric for appropriate medicine required
