Q.

my baby is sucking milk for 1hr i had less milk when i pump i got only50ml so am using nan powder is it normal am so worried about it i like to feed my baby with my milk

A. hello dear mom the more you breastfeed the more will be the mill production as a mother have lots of fluid and fiber in the diet and do not stay empty stomach for long also have milk daliya with dryfruits and beeatsfeed the baby at a gap of two hours
