Hello when I pump I only get 20ml milk from one breast without feeding my baby y so less

A. hello the milk secretion can be low and try with breastpump from any of the baby brand like Babyhug which can help and have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
