my baby is sleeping from 7 am at morning he don't wake up I am waking up him and feeding him it is normal or not why is so sleeping

A. Hello mom is he taking feed well.as you are waking him too ? and is he passing motion and urine normally ? is that so then it should be well , but anything else then please get him examined
