Q.

my baby is six month old but he is not gaining proper weight .although he is active but physically very weak.what could I do.i m tensed!

A. hie much is tge weight tell us then we can compare ok.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

A. Hi dear mom The weight of six months should be anywhere between 6 - 9 kgs. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.. Start with giving solids to your baby like cerelac, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc. This will help in weight gain of the baby
