Doctor my one year old baby is physically looking weak but he is active in his actions. Please suggest some solution.

Your child is generally weak or it’s just looking weak to you because just by what you look is not always correct you know so we cannot go by what you are looking at you have to have proper things into your knowledge whether your child is having proper weight or not how is the health how is the height what are the food habits of your child is your child eating well or not so you need to check all these things before you think that your child child is weak
