my baby is saying stomach pain can I use p-250 or pls tell any home remedy

I consult the doctor
he given
cough syrup 1.ascoril-ls
2.delcon syrup
3.atm-200 syrup
she is suffering a lot with cough at sleep time

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain ghyyu and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
