Yes you can give if you want but I would like to tell you something over here and that is that this is called growth pain which is usually have from the age of 3 1/2 years to 13 years and that can be also associated with magnesium vitamin D and calcium deficiency start with the supplements and massage the legs regularly before sleeping that there is no need to give medicine
