my baby is preterm 6 months old and he is drinking milk at night 9 'o clock and he woke up at morning 5'o clock is it ok to sleep these much long hours without feeding

A. Yes it is good and it is very healthy for the total growth of your child and the child is sleeping for a longer duration without any hassle and discomfort and that is very good for their mental and physical group which is very very good
