my baby is pooping little bit thin and whitish.and refusing to eat is it a sign of teething

A. White and lose motion both can be a sign for stomach infection because we do not consider white or red motion of blood into the motion normal for a child so there could be a possibility that your child is suffering with a stomach infection right now
