My baby is playing at 3am and at morning he wake up 2pm . I very try to make his routine from 7 month,but he can't sleep below 3am. So, how can I make his routine?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 month agoA. hello u should set a bedtime routine . may u can skip late evening sleep n so the child will be able to sleep early which can help n will also be a healthy option too
