My baby is only having calshine drop everyday. Is it necessery to give any other multivitamin? He is 3 months 11 days old

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. no you don't need to give any multivitamin To The Baby Just calcium and Vitamin D3 supplement is to be given till 1 year of age and give more adequate breastfeeding which provides all the necessary nutrients for the baby
