Hello good morning !! Due to external factors unsuitable products soaps ,oil, lotion cause allergy(small rashes at one place).
Also small rashes ghamoria chote dhani all over body appear due to body heat when mother had any spicy or heat producing foods they vanish normally if mother have normal foods and adequate Water, fluids.
Do normal water bath for 2-3 days and if no rashes then it's due to products consult Paeditrician for suggestion on baby products.

Hello ma’am The skin of the face is much more sensitive than the entire body so if you feel your child is having these things because of the soap  that you are using that I would advise you to stop  using that so for a while and see if these things vanish and do not reappear then it could be due to the soap only and also in general also I would not advise you to use any kind of soap onto your child’s face
