Q.

my baby is one month old today and her weight is 3.4 today is it ok ? she is sleeping always and when wake ask for feed and drink little milk and again sleep i am very worried she sleeps on breast but not take feed proper

A. my child birth weight was 3.025after 2 days he got jaundice her weight was 2.72 and now tdy it is 3.4 and she is one month today

A. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk. if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping . x there is no need to to go for fixed feeding pattern. also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits . also if the weightx gain of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding

A. See the weight is very good as per a one month old child but it would totally depend what was the birth weight of the child has a minimum gain that the child should have should be 500 g so if your child has had this then that is very good and however the child is taking feeding it’s working out since it’s not a problem with the pattern that’s there
