my baby is now only 20 days and I'm attached my baby report please suggest what to do

I am unable to see any report on my wall so I cannot give you a suggestion but I can only tell you that whatever is there whatever report you have gotten for your child you should consult your consultant doctor they will be able to give you a proper Proper help on that
