my baby is now 11 months 7 days his weight is 8.9 k g he is look like very lean is it correct weight

Lean Your child may be looking because the weight is little less about like 500 g to 1 KG in general not more than that some kids are actually tall so in that case also the parents can feel that the child is looking thin than usual so I think that could be the reason in this case
