my baby is not gaining weight from last 2 yrs..she is stuck at 14.4 ....befor that she used to be 17.3 .but after some fever n cold she lost 3 kgs and she was stuck at 14.4 from 2 yrs

it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen.
it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.
