My baby is not eating properly from few days what should I do?

Teething and premolars are very discomforting which is why this could be happening so you can actually connect with your doctor to know if you can apply anything particularly onto the gums of your child otherwise I would recommend you to apply honey and also give more of liquids to the child which is what is going to be more comforting for the child to consume
