my baby is in solids since 2 months and since 2p days he is taking 3 solid meals as per doctors advice. however lately he is showing intrest in foods that he can hold and eat. what finger foods can be offered to 7 month baby?

A. Dear mum, 7 months is a bit early to introduce finger foods to your child. You can give finger foods from 8 months or start of 9th month which baby can have on own in your supervision.
