My baby is having too much coughing that is unctrolled. He is having pain in stomach.. plz suggest some remedy

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 years old now if he is having has stomach pain and vomitings then it can cause sore throat and cough.so kindly give cyclopam syrup 5 ml for tummy ache and syrup ascoril LS 3.5 ml for cough
