my baby is having testis undescended. both are present but not down . how many time it takes to come to place naturally or it require surgery only

First of all consult a pediatric surgeon.
They will examine and also run a few tests and most of the times ,a surgery might be required.
But let the doctor decide on that first

U Just wait for some more time I am sure it is going to happen on its own only and if it does not happen then surgery would be the last option but as of now you can just consult your doctor if they can advise you some exercise or something which will help in bringing that part down properly
