My baby is having severe rashes on her outer vagina, what could be the reason and what to do??? My doc told to apply neosprin. But its still there

Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper
Maintain hygiene
Give adequate feeding
