My baby is having rashes on face from last 7-8 days.What is it exactly and what we should do?

Atogla cream you can apply 3 to 4 times in the day apart from that don’t apply anything else on the phase just washed with plain water and apply the screen 3 to 4 times in the day could be due to excessive heat sweating onto the face and that’s why the rashes we have appeared
