My baby is having normal solid food during stomach infection Is it safe ? Please suggest

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 months agoA. Namaste Mom If the child is able to eat and also tolerate , do give food, but just make sure to avoid force feeding , and over eating. give easy to digest foods and avoid oily and spicy foods
