Hello doctor my son is suffering from minor viral infection but he is not recovering he often complain of stomach pain after having solid food but now he stopped taking solid food totally …he doesn’t eat anything what to do

A. It Start giving any multivitamin and iron supplement for the child as of now that is going to help in boosting of the deficiencies in the morning I will increase the appetite over the period because whether to many deficiencies also kids do not like to eat well according to their age
