Q.
My baby is having lactation in tolerance ..and my milk got generate if I drink or eat milk and milk product.but while feeding to my baby...Baby get irritated after having and start crying.so when this lactation intolerance will be ok. as my milk is not generating without having milk...so kindly suggest please

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom lactose intolernace in such they are unable to digest the lactose , which is mainly present in milk and milk products , so hence you need to avoid it ,you do get formula milk which lactose free you can try that
